This is a research‑intensive role at the intersection of technical knowledge and talent intelligence. The Technical Recruiting Research Assistant supports our team by building candidate pipelines for roles across Applied AI, software engineering and product management. You will be responsible for proactive talent mapping and deep candidate profiling.

• Build and maintain detailed candidate maps
• Conduct broad searches across internet, technical communities, and Linked In
• Track industry news, blogs and conferences to identify candidates.
• Assist with initial candidate outreach and light relationship development
• Leverage modern AI tools and platforms for research and talent mapping

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting research within technology recruiting.
• Strong research, synthesis, and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple concurrent searches.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environment and comfortable with multi‑tasking and short deadlines.
• Interest in AI and cloud trends and developments.
