Quality Section Manager

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Section Manager to join their team. As a vital part of the Quality Department supporting organizational excellence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, aligning successfully within a diverse and inclusive work environment.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise engineers and technicians to support and maintain Quality Systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

+ Identify, plan, and execute medium-sized projects involving risk-managed strategies and investigations, often managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

+ Lead complex technical projects with cross-functional teams, applying innovative methods and ensuring system-wide impact considerations.

+ Develop and mentor direct reports through targeted training, challenging assignments, and performance reviews to foster growth and excellence.

+ Ensure timely documentation and compliance with internal standards and external regulations such as FDA, BSI, and EEO requirements.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of quality experience with demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong technical knowledge of quality systems, practices, and procedures.

+ Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple factors and develop effective solutions.

+ Experience working with financial systems and fiscal controls is advantageous.
