Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about understanding customer needs and pain points, influencing product strategy, and continuously improving how customers engage with our products. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, high-impact team focused on building products customers love.
In this role, you will be the expert on our customers — who they are, what they need, and how to communicate the right solutions at the right time. You’ll have hands-on experience using the products and an interest in personal finance and investing to deeply understand the customer journey. You will analyze the competitive landscape, help shape the product roadmap, and lead go-to-market strategies that drive acquisition and retention.
A strong test-and-learn mindset is essential.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, market context, and competitive dynamics
- Develop compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research, experimentation, and insight generation to influence product features, customer experience, and business decisions
- Identify and drive current and future market opportunities, including new features, offerings, pricing or packaging changes, and business models
- Own promotional strategy and planning, partnering with design and channel teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and advocate for high-impact customer experiences
- Partner with Customer Care teams to incorporate customer feedback and insights into product and marketing decisions
- Deliver against growth targets through data-backed strategies, strong execution, and cross-functional collaboration
- 7+ years of product marketing experience with end-to-end ownership of product marketing strategy and execution
- Proven success in developing clear, compelling positioning and messaging
- Deep customer empathy with a track record of uncovering customer needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Strong leadership and influence skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- High energy, curiosity, and a solution-oriented mindset with a passion for testing and learning
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels
- Data-driven approach with comfort analyzing marketing and business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, campaign performance, market sizing)
- Experience or strong interest in personal finance and investing
- MBA preferred
