- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams across all relevant internal areas, and collaborate with external partners when needed
- Drive and manage multisite transfer projects within the GRT network or with external manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive transfer and integration plan for one or more projects
- Oversee execution of the agreed integration plan, ensuring continuous tracking of milestones, timelines, budget, resources, and status reporting
- Maintain a strategic view of project benefits by understanding key business case assumptions, swing factors, and their impact on project outcomes
- Provide decision‑relevant materials such as project plans, risk and opportunity assessments, business case evaluations, and proposed contract terms to support effective decision‑making.
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Several years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in planning and executing cross‑functional, technology‑ and process‑transfer projects
- A university degree in engineering, economics, natural sciences, or a comparable discipline
- International Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
