Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. (PVI) is looking for a Transportation Program Manager to lead our Ride PVI program—an essential service that helps seniors maintain independence by providing safe, reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do- Lead day‑to‑day operations of Ride PVI and manage a dedicated transportation team
- Ensure high service quality and rider satisfaction
- Oversee logistics, schedules, and performance systems
- Build and grow community partnerships to expand service impact
- Manage program budgets, reporting, and compliance
- Partner with Development for grant submissions and data reporting
- Identify innovation and process improvements to support program growth
- Support PVI’s mission: helping seniors age in place with dignity and independence
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years supervisory/management experience
- Experience in transportation, nonprofit programs, human services, or senior services preferred
- Strong operational planning, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
- Comfortable managing teams, metrics, and program growth
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to be onsite
- Grant writing/reporting experience a plus
