About The Role

The International Testing Programs team is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to plan, manage, and execute in-market functional testing for a Family of Apps. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating testing schedules and results, analyzing workflows, and ensuring high-quality, locally relevant product improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in QA, project management, or user research, and possesses a strong understanding of internationalization (i18n) challenges in software development.

Role Overview

The International Testing Programs team enables execution of functional testing in real-world, in-market environments to ensure products perform reliably across global locales.

As a Project Coordinator, You Will
  • Set up and manage testing operations
  • Facilitate the collection of actionable insights
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld before product launch
  • Drive improvements that enhance local user experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage in-market functional testing schedules from setup through launch
  • Communicate timelines and results with:
    • International Testing Program Managers
    • Engineers
    • QA Teams
    • Vendors
    • Product Designers
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Set clear expectations and maintain cross-functional alignment
  • Analyze workflow/tool pain points and propose process improvements
  • Make independent decisions under tight deadlines and ambiguity
  • Prioritize, triage, and elevate i18n-related bugs
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure issues are resolved before launch
Required Skills
  • Strong ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience launching products across multiple locales
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of international product development challenges
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in QA, Project Management, User Research, or related roles
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle
  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) concepts and best practices
  • Experience in hardware, AR/VR, advertising, or payments testing environments
