** Principal Product Manage
** r to help lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our emerging AI Agent platform, Agent Workbench. You’ll be a part of cross-functional teams and define how agents and agentic-enabled applications can simplify, automate, and accelerate the transformation of an organization’s business.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Own the product vision and strategy for designated AI Agent initiatives, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
* Define and prioritize product requirements informed by user research, data insights, and market trends.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and data science teams to translate complex AI capabilities into usable, scalable features.
* Partner with GTM teams and Product Marketing to refine positioning, pricing, and adoption strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

** Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed
*** 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in AI, PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software.
* Proven leadership experience guiding multidisciplinary teams or managing other PMs.
* Strong technical background or familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts, APIs, and developer tools.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
* Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products.
** Salary Range (base):
** 215k - 222k Salary Determination:
