Lead enterprise-wide financial planning transformation figure and deploy Workday Adaptive Planning solutions end-to-end, partnering with Finance and IT teams to modernize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, including design, configuration, and rollout to support enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Configure Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, levels, and allocation rules across workforce, OPEX, CAPEX, and revenue planning modules
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption, seamless integrations, and measurable improvements to planning processes
Design and implement data integrations working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and system connectivity
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, demonstrate functionality, and drive alignment across enterprise planning initiatives
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level visualizations while delivering user training, documentation, and post-go-live hypercare support
Requirements
Minimum 1 full end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementation with proven success in enterprise deployment
3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, enterprise planning tools, or the Workday ecosystem with strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial modeling
Hands-on expertise configuring Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, levels, and allocation rules across multiple planning modules
Experience with Adaptive Planning modules including workforce, OPEX, CAPEX, and revenue models with demonstrated ability to optimize planning processes
Proven experience with data integrations and collaboration with technical teams to ensure seamless system connectivity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.
Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
