Title: Product Designer
Location: Remote PST (preference Bay Area)
Duration: 7 months
Compensation: $70 - $140
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Messaging Payments Team. This role is highly tactical, focused on delivering designs that support payment flows and conversational commerce. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to move roadmap items forward, conduct product reviews, and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented design work.

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers to design and deliver payment-related features.
• Partner across orgs to support roadmap priorities and cross-functional reviews.
• Drive product reviews within the payments team and with broader leadership.
• Ensure high-quality execution using existing design systems and Figma components.
• Balance tactical delivery with attention to detail in highly collaborative, fast-moving environments.

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Strong background in mobile design (not desktop or enterprise-focused).
• Experience with payment systems and conversational commerce (e.g., Venmo, Pay Pal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems; ability to apply existing kits and components effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across orgs and teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Background in interaction design and pixel-level detail work.
• 10 years of professional experience in product design.
• Experience working in chat-based transactions or messaging environments.
• Big tech background with exposure to scaled products and global user bases.
• Strategic insight into payments, forecasting, and monetizable transaction flows.
