Are you passionate about knowledge management, HR operations, and AI-driven tools
? Join our team as a Knowledge Intelligence Partner, where you’ll play a critical role in scaling HR knowledge systems and enabling employees to access, understand, and apply information effectively across the organization.

Location: Seattle, WA | Austin, TX | Bay Area, CA | New York, NY | Remote

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Pay Rate: $50 – $57/hr (W2)

What You’ll Do
  • Organize and maintain HR knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate, discoverable, and actionable
  • Support AI-powered knowledge systems by tagging, categorizing, and managing metadata for improved search and usability
  • Identify documentation gaps and drive updates to keep content relevant
  • Coordinate knowledge management initiatives
    , manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple work streams
  • Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outputs with minimal rework
  • Create dashboards, reports, and leadership-ready presentations to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Develop templates, guides, and training materials to support ongoing content audits and updates
  • Act as a trusted partner, helping teams adopt knowledge tools effectively and navigate challenges
Who You Are
  • 4+ years in program/project management within operations, learning & development, or communications
  • 2+ years in knowledge management or content management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication
  • Comfortable learning and adopting AI and collaboration tools
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus
Preferred
  • Experience in Big Tech or fast-paced environments
  • Microsoft Library or enterprise knowledge systems experience
  • Background in Learning & Development
  • PMP or related certification
