The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to MolocoThe Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Moloco defines, designs, and executes on the commercial strategy for the company. The team is responsible for identifying, sizing, and segmenting the opportunity, determining how our sales and business development teams go after the opportunity, and enabling them to be successful at doing so. We are alumni of top consulting firms, mobile disruptors, big tech, and ad tech leaders, focused on growth, continuous innovation, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Within the GTM org, the Business Analytics team provides the analytical expertise needed to define and drive our ambitious growth roadmap. Team members use a data-driven approach to develop a deep understanding of our dynamic business, find opportunities for growth, and improve efficiencies and productivity. The team partners closely with other parts of the GTM org, including the GTM Design, Sales Operations, and Sales Activation teams, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing.
The Analytics team owns high visibility strategic initiatives and have direct exposure to C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders.
We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on analytics leader who can independently translate ambiguous problem statements into structured project plans and analyses, leads projects end‑to‑end and drives measurable business impact. You’ll translate data into actionable insights and durable data products that inform strategy and accelerate execution across Moloco Ads.
- Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling
- Lead complex, strategic deep‑drop analyses and projects to identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability, market penetration, customer retention, sales productivity and more
- Design and build reports, dashboards and tools to give GTM and sales teams visibility into key business metrics and improve productivity
- Support leadership team’s decision‑making on business strategies with data‑driven market insights
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
- 8+ years of quantitative analysis experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar with a track record of independently leading high‑impact, cross‑functional work.
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and teams and presenting to senior executives
- Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
