Technical Program Manager III

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross‑functional technical initiatives in support of Meta’s Sales Intelligence (SMI) Guidance Platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, driving high‑impact programs that enable data‑driven sales tools and CRM‑centered experiences  ideal candidate brings deep experience in technical program management and cross‑organizational coordination, along with a proven ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes in fast‑paced, highly technical environments.

• Lead and govern large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs across multiple organizational units.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deeply understand technical work streams and support execution decisions.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to align program goals with business and user needs.
• Track, manage, and communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and blockers to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive execution within a dynamic, fast‑changing environment while managing multiple concurrent priorities.

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast‑track opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross‑organizational technical programs with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated technical depth with the ability to engage directly and effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working in the technology industry, preferably within large‑scale or big tech environments.
• Previous experience at Meta or familiarity with Meta’s products and services.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
