The Growth team at Snowflake is responsible for the full customer flywheel – from new user acquisition, to onboarding, engagement and use‑case expansion. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data‑driven and customer‑obsessed Product Manager to drive new user signups and onboarding experiences.
Snowflake continues to grow at a fast pace, and this Product Manager has the opportunity to not just move the needle, but accelerate us into our next phase of growth as a company.
As a Product Manager – Growth, you will:- Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement.
- Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion.
- Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Champion a customer‑centric, data‑driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high‑growth software environments.
- Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders hechos singular.
- Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake’s positioning, and competitive landscape.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation- The estimated base salary range for this role is $160 फिल्मруч– $230 уход.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
