Role OverviewThe Product Immersion & Testing Team within Business Product Marketing (BPM) is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about customer insights, testing, launching, and scaling Meta’s newest business and marketing solutions. We accelerate business growth and product development by integrating the voice of the customer into our product marketing flywheel, leveraging insights to drive impactful strategies and outcomes. As a candidate, you are a strategic thinker and a self-starter who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
You have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and leveraging customer insights and data analysis to inform decisions. Your expertise in Meta’s business tools (e.g., Ads Manager), marketing, and measurement is unmatched, and you excel at distilling complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Lead Product Immersion & Testing Initiatives:
Manage, monitor, and recruit for product tests (alpha, beta, GA) and immersions, driving delivery of multiple projects as the main point of contact for Product, Sales, and Data Science. - Planning and Strategy:
Define goals, identify clients, coordinate logistics, and compile key information into briefs for immersion and testing projects. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work extensively with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and User Research to scope immersion and test design/requirements, manage logistics, and surface insights to influence product and business outcomes (product changes, roadmap impact). - Communication:
Effectively communicate relevant insights and findings to cross‑functional teams, influencing roadmap prioritization and developing solutions to fix problems at scale. - Process Improvement:
Inform, influence, and execute new processes based on analysis and impact metrics to improve efficiency and quality of support. - Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and problem‑solve issues (bugs, feature requests, product confusions) during testing and immersions, utilizing escalation paths and updating stakeholders. - Travel:
Support in‑market experiences, with up to 20% travel (including international).
- BA/BS degree.
- 4+ years’ experience in program/project management, customer service, marketing, user/UX research, operations, or product testing.
- 4+ years’ experience managing, tracking, and measuring digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Experience building relationships with cross‑functional teams, delivering impact through communication and influence.
- Experience implementing processes/programs to improve product or team performance.
- Confidence working independently and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Understanding of product development, market research, and testing principles.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with internal project management tools and escalation paths.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Ability dealing with high‑pressure, fast‑moving, and ambiguous problems.
- Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience working with or in support of broad communities.
- Experience with Ads Manager and/or other Meta ad platform interfaces.
