• Hire, mentor and manage a medium-to-large design team that consistently delivers on projects and is well-balanced across the different design skill sets
• Responsible for overall team performance, health, resource allocation, project prioritization and building a collaborative design environment
• Lead the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, User Experience researchers and content strategists
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for people using our products
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience in Product Design
• 3+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership
• 6+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
• Experience building and shipping applications or software across a variety of platforms
• Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking with the experience developing product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly communicate the goals and concepts
• A portfolio that demonstrates relevant work, an understanding of best practices in product design and a track record of shipping high-quality products

• Experience designing B2B/SaaS Software
• Experience with delivering 0-1 products from concept stages to launch
• Experience working on large scale, complex ambiguous projects across multiple teams

Base compensation: $165,000/year to $231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Meta offers benefits. Learn more about benefits at Meta.
