Talent Manager
Compensation: $45–$60/hour
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate, nonprofit, foundation, higher education, or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership
- Experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and guiding candidates through the offer process
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park three days per week
- Available to start ASAP with minimal to no planned time off during the contract
Job Description:
The Contract Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization during a period of increased hiring activity. This role will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring leadership to manage requisitions from intake through offer, while ensuring a high-touch, thoughtful candidate experience aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Draft and post job descriptions and manage postings across Linked In and other platforms
- Coordinate complex interview scheduling, including panel interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience aligned with the foundation’s values
- Support process improvements and recruiting best practices as needed
- Partner with HR colleagues on onboarding coordination and hiring logistics
