Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of HR administrative experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Administrator preferred)
- Experience supporting small HR or Talent teams
- Exposure to recruiting coordination, benefits support, and HR operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park three days per week
- Available to start ASAP with no planned time off in the first 60 days
Job Description:
The HR Associate will provide administrative and project support across multiple areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent & Organizational Development, and HR Operations. This role offers broad exposure to HR functions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR administrative support and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and interview agenda preparation
- Assist with onboarding coordination and training logistics
- Support benefits administration tasks and programs
- Process HR-related contracts, invoices, and vendor documentation
- Assist with HR events, team meetings, retreats, and culture initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, organizational charts, and records
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to HR leadership as needed
