This role is offered by Palo Alto Therapy and is based on your skills and experience. The base pay range is $85,000 to $90,000 per year.

• Provide individual therapy for children and teens (ages 6‑18) using evidence‑based approaches.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and providers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain streamlined, therapist‑friendly documentation.
• Participate in weekly case consultations and training sessions.

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or couples.
• Strong background or interest in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and evidence‑based practices.
• Team‑oriented, growth‑mindset, and eager to collaborate and learn.
