Bay Area based Private Equity firm seeks a Part Time / Fractional Controller Consultant to oversee both management company and fund accounting functions to assist the CFO while on a leave. This role is expected to work anywhere between 5-15 hours per week and will span approximately 12 months. The firm has 1 fund with an AUM of approximately $300-$400M and this will be the sole person in accounting as both management company and fund accounting are done externally.
Requirements:
- 10+ years Fund and Management Company accounting experience at a PE fund.
- Prior experience at the Controller level at a PE firm.
- Ability to be both hands on and high level.
- Interest in a part time (5-15 hours per week) long term consulting role
