Moloco is currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our collaborative team. This position reports to Corporate FP&A leadership and will have an active role in the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter with integrity and the ability to work with agility on multiple priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments across all levels of management, functions, and geographies.

• Actively collaborate with G&A and Marketing business leaders to assess needs and proactively identify and share short- and long-term opportunities for improved financial performance and strategic decision making
• Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions for scalability, profitability, and defensibility of our business model
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closes
• Analyze actual financial results versus budget and prepare flux analysis to business leaders and senior management monthly
• Maintain and improve detailed financial models that track and analyze key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance
• Assist in budget and forecasting process
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial plan
• Look for opportunities for improve processes and challenge the status quo

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of work experience in finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical role;
  Experience in AdTech industry is a plus
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving diagnosis and analytics skills
• Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity; ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and Net Suite is preferred, Experience with SQL a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:
$118,400—$160,000 USD
