Finance Manager, Family of Apps​/Superintelligence Labs Strategic Finance

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the full financial picture across Meta’s Family of Apps and Meta Superintelligence Labs. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting Family of Apps and Meta Super Intelligence Labs’ Product and Finance leadership teams.

You will support decisions around resource allocation, expense management, and prioritization across the full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting. You will be challenged to analyze rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across Finance teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. We serve as financial advisers to our business partners and own shared business goals and results where appropriate.

• Become an integral part of the Family of Apps (FoA) and Meta Superintelligence Labs’ (MSL) finance, strategy, and planning processes
• Gather, consolidate, model, and analyze FoA and MSL’s operating and financial results, prepare internal and external reporting deliverables, and deliver executive-ready narratives
• Own our long range financial models and run scenarios for FoA, MSL, and Finance executive leadership
• Drive a series of resourcing, planning, and investment processes to help the Family of Apps and Meta Superintelligence Labs most effectively deploy resources across the portfolio
• Champion independent viewpoints with FoA & MSL Finance teams and Meta Finance leadership on where we invest

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments
• Degree or overwhelming demonstrated experience in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated track record with working independently to build large and complex financial models
• Demonstrated financial leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and delivering to product, finance, and business leaders
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multi-tasking in a deadline-focused setting with a matrixed organizational structure
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase or equivalent

• Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
• Experience working in a hyper-scaling environment
• Experience in leveraging AI tools, data analytics, and/or forecasting tools (SQL, Python, R) - ideally in building solutions yourself
• Personal interest in or professional experience across Meta’s consumer products
