Senior Managing Engineer – ADAS & AM EV

We seek a senior engineer with deep expertise in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles (AVs) within our Vehicle Engineering Practice.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, communicating updates to team members, clients, and administrative staff; ensure deadlines and exceptional work.
• Develop and manage client relationships; identify business development opportunities.
• Oversee project and cost management on consulting engagements.
• Set up and execute test programs, including full‑scale vehicle tests and component or control system evaluations.
• Continue developing specialized expertise in automotive design, performance, and testing of emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior consulting staff and provide consulting work.
• Develop and grow the Vehicle Engineering Practice.

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in ADAS, autonomous vehicles, vehicle safety, automotive system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Currently legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship required.
• Ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to interact with managers, engineers, non‑technical personnel, and clients and present technical topics clearly.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Field and/or laboratory measurement experience with good hands‑on skills.
• Team‑oriented, willing to work overtime and travel when required.
