Mon-Thu: 11am-7pm, Sat: 9am-4pm (Must be available for all hours).

Position Summary:The Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations, customer service, team coordination, and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:- Enrollment & Customer Service:
- Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progress, attitude and engagement through all communication channels
- Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plans
- Manage student curriculum, update progress in the center system, and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operation
- Training & Development:
- Manage instructional staff, provide coaching, and help improve team performance
- Assume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed, and manage all related tasks
- Passion for helping others and a genuine curiosity about people (both children and adults)
- Growth mentality and open to constructive feedback
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and efficiency
- Prior experience in office management, and multi-tasking experience is a huge plus
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management and prioritization skill
