High School Liberal Arts Teacher | Full-Time
The classical liberal arts are composed of the Trivium (grammar, logic, rhetoric) and the Quadrivium (arithmetic, geometry, music, astronomy). Our teaching needs largely overlap with these arts, but we have specific areas of need across the disciplines. Successful candidates for this position will be well‑rounded in their intellectual formation and teaching experience, and will be able to teach four to five of the following subjects.
- Upper level philosophy (scholastic and early modern)
- Upper level Theology
- Euclidean geometry
- Calculus
- Astronomy
- Latin
- Ballroom dance
- Drama (one play production during the spring semester)
A bachelor's or master's degree in a Humanities field is required for the full‑time position (great books preferred). Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred, as well as a passion for Catholic classical education. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic and willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and a track record of contributing to the vision and mission of an apostolic and educational enterprise, are essential.
In addition to teaching, faculty participate in the House system, designed to promote character and virtue and help students grow in holiness. Faculty members attend daily Mass with the entire student body and assist in leading spiritual retreats and school activities.

Base annual salary commensurate with experience. Paid holidays. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with willingness to devote additional time for student life events, community and donor events, and other meetings that occasionally occur in the evenings and on weekends.
