Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and a passion for service. - Greet and communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in person.
- Manage daily schedules to support production goals.
- Educate patients on treatment plans following the dentist’s diagnosis.
- Verify dental benefits, discuss pre-estimates, and present fees to patients.
- Accurately enter insurance and benefit information into Dentrix.
- Collect and post payments, manage patient records and documentation.
- Call patients to schedule treatment or follow up on unscheduled care.
- Maintain timely communication with patients who miss appointments.
- Support marketing and referral relationship-building initiatives.
- Provide backup support to office team members as needed.
- Stay informed about all services offered by the practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 2+ years dental front office or treatment coordinator experience (required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of Dentrix and dental terminology (preferred).
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Able to collaborate well with all team members and departments.
- Full-time position | Monday–Saturday availability.
- Hours:
Weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (1–2 Saturdays/month). - Pay Range: $30-40/hour, depending on experience.
