Position: Saturday Dental Front Office Coordinator

Overview

Grace Dental, a progressive and high-quality dental practice, is seeking a Front Office Coordinator who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about delivering world-class customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding recommended treatment plans and facilitate financial arrangements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with patients and team.
  • Make sure every patient leaves with an appointment and payment.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure full schedule and enhance satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Dentrix is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a front-office dental role.
