Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing busy calendars and supporting effective time management and prioritization
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and technology setup
  • Partnering closely with other administrative professionals to navigate shifting schedules
  • Planning and booking domestic and international travel
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports and related administrative tasks
  • Ensuring leaders are fully prepared for meetings by organizing materials and logistics
  • Maintaining accurate contacts, files, and internal documentation
  • Providing backup support across the administrative team as needed
  • Taking on ad hoc projects and operational tasks to support the broader group
