Executive Assistant
Lenmar Consulting Inc – Menlo Park, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Contract
• Up to $30/hour
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to an executive and their team in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handling confidential information and information requests
- Supporting day‑to‑day office and executive needs
- 3+ years of Executive or Administrative Assistant experience
- Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fully onsite role – no remote option.
