Physical Therapist ( PT ) Home Health Per Diem

Compensation : $60-$80/hr D.O.E, Part-time, per-diem, work your own schedule

How you will make a difference:

As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the places, they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plan and monitoring their progress. PT's who enjoy creating their own schedule, autonomy and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role!

What's required to join our team:

• 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current PT License in the state of California
• Valid CPR/BLS Card
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Current physical & TB test
