Job Title: Outside Plant Inspector
Location: Menifee, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented individual to oversee critical outside plant construction activities and ensure work quality standards are achieved. Our team is looking for someone who will play a key role in coordinating with contractors and ensuring that projects are delivered to specification, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Monitor and inspect contractor activities to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, local municipalities, and utilities to facilitate project schedules and resolve issues as they arise.
- Conduct project inspections, including pre- and post-construction reviews, and attend relevant meetings to ensure thorough oversight.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built records and timely reporting of plant damage investigations.
- Strong knowledge of substructure and conduit design is required.
- Minimum of five years combined experience in outside plant construction and splicing.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with extended driving and lifting moderately heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to work overtime, be on-call for nights and weekends, and occasionally travel overnight.
