Software Engineer - Cloud Frontend

A fast-growing international company, recognized for its expertise in OT and IoT cybersecurity, is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (Cloud) to join its expanding team. The company develops cutting‑edge solutions that protect critical infrastructures and connected environments across industries such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and public services.

As a Software Engineer (Cloud Frontend), you will contribute to the development and design of an innovative cloud platform dedicated to industrial cybersecurity.

• Contribute to the development and design of our cloud solution.
• Design and implement using available technologies while taking the initiative to learn new ones.
• Develop and implement medium to large‑scale features while reducing the system's technical debt.
• Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success.
• Champion and improve team processes, clarifying benefits and trade‑offs for the entire team.
• Make a positive impact on the team's overall dynamics and performance.

Technical environment:
JavaScript/Type Script, React, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, automated testing (TDD, BDD, etc.), agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Location: Mendrisio, Swiss.

Remuneration: from 55K CHF (depending on profile).

• Proven experience in JavaScript and/or Type Script development.
• Experience with React is highly valuable.
• Ruby/Ruby on Rails experience is a plus.
• Experience in automated testing (TDD, BDD, etc.) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in an environment with high confidentiality and data protection requirements.
