Permanent, full‑time (EUR 36 h/wee)
- Proactively define and review an overarching marketing strategy based on data & insights aligned with company business goals, identifying optimization and experimentation opportunities that drive incremental marketing effectiveness.
- Supervise reporting for the Customer Acquisition department, managing the main marketing channel daily and communicating performance trends and insights to the manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure alignment and coherence of data initiatives, understanding database structure and extracting & analysing data from multiple sources, including digital marketing platforms, web analytics, and third‑party data.
- Partner with marketing teams inside and outside the Customer Acquisition department, creating strong connections with SEM, SEO, and Display teams to support strategy development based on analytics.
- Build connections with other marketing teams to understand how external factors affect overall performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to continuously improve and innovate.
- SQL and Excel skills – must query the database, extract data, and manage datasets.
- Experience in digital marketing, with a data‑driven approach to strategy.
- Proactive analytic mindset, turning raw, unstructured data into actionable marketing insights.
- Proficiency in understanding, implementing, and measuring digital marketing technology stacks (Mar Tech).
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address complex data challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
- Mandatory Italian language proficiency.
- Fluent in English for communication with international team members and stakeholders.
- Expertise in paid search advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics 4 and related Big Query data models.
- Experience setting marketing strategies or working with budgeting, marketing budgets, OKRs.
- Experience with Python programming.
