Per importante cliente del settore delle Costruzioni, situato nel mendrisiotto, siamo alla ricerca di un
TECNICO UFFICIO PREVENTIVAZIONE Junior
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio preventivazione e si occuperà di:
- Analisi di progetti, capitolati e documentazione tecnica
- Studio di fattibilità tecnico-economica delle commesse
- Redazione di computi metrici estimativi
- Elaborazione preventivi e analisi dei costi (materiali, manodopera, forniture)
- Supporto nella richiesta e valutazione offerte fornitori
- Predisposizione report e documentazione tecnico-economica
Si richiede:
- Diploma di Geometra o Laurea in Architettura o Ingegneria
- Buona conoscenza dei principali software di disegno tecnico (es. AutoCAD o similari)
- Ottima dimestichezza con Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Precisione, capacità analitica e attitudine al lavoro in team
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto con l'azienda cliente.
