Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Monday through Friday  6AM to 2:30PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal parts according to specifications

+ Assemble and weld metal components on the production line using appropriate welding techniques

+ Interpret and read blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety standards

+ Inspect finished welds for quality and precision

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED required

+ Basic knowledge of welding techniques, especially MIG welding

+ Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Willingness to work Monday through Friday with a focus on safety and quality

+ 7 year background check and drug test
