Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Overview
The Shift Leader is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager. The Shift Leader ensures the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives and guest connections during the shift.
Core Responsibilities- Demonstrates mastery of the doing of Team Member tasks with enthusiasm and excellence
- Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen
- Strategize to maximize product sales and manage waste
- Owns the look and feel of the store by maintaining a total store vision
- Is knowledgeable about the day’s deployment and the roles and responsibilities involved
- Communicates effectively on the floor during the shift
- Anticipates the needs of the team and guests and addresses issues proactively
- Understands multiple shift priorities and communicates and delegates objectives and tasks
- Takes ownership for the current shift and the following shift
- Ensures the team executes SOP and quality standards consistently
- Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members in real time to improve performance
- Trains team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotional items
- Performs administrative tasks with integrity and completion, including bank deposits, inventory, store product orders and other duties as assigned
- Develops Team Members and discusses career and professional growth

Required:
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience, or proper Caribou Coffee training and approval to act as Shift Leader
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to meet these requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.

$12.75 - $21.25 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations; ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
