We’re looking for an experienced Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Marketplace Operations Analyst to join the team! This role plays a critical role in optimizing and overseeing the daily operations of our direct-to-consumer websites and marketplace platforms. It involves managing the implementation of new websites and feature launches, managing complex cross-functional projects, and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives. The Analyst will work with the operations team, driving advanced sales, inventory, and promotional analytics, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the sales team and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
- 3+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce operations, including project management and advanced analytics
- Lead e‑commerce marketplace project execution by planning, executing and optimizing eComm operations projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestone to ensure website and feature enhancements are successful.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with operations, account management, marketing, IT, distribution, and external partners to support ongoing e‑commerce development and daily operations.
- Own stakeholder issue resolution across order management, payments, inventory forecasting, and replenishment, ensuring efficient communication with suppliers and internal teams.
- Optimize inventory and replenishment workflows to improve product availability, streamline capital spend, and support healthier cash flow.
- Deliver actionable analytics on sales, promotions, and inventory performance to guide strategic decisions across the sales organization and other key partners.
- Manage vendor and retailer relationships including onboarding, program agreements, setups, and business issue resolution, while supporting special projects and additional tasks as needed.
