Position Summary

The Quality Director oversees all Quality Assurance functions within the assigned market, ensuring regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and alignment with Beacon’s quality standards. This role partners closely with Operations, Compliance, Clinical, and Data & Analytics teams to monitor KPIs, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute all Quality Department functions within the market
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and company policies
  • Facilitate Incident Review Committees and follow-up actions
  • Monitor KPIs, audits, and performance metrics; identify risks and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics on quality reporting and metric development
  • Support accreditation efforts and unannounced home visits
  • Supervise, coach, and hire Quality Analyst staff as needed
  • Prepare and present quality reports to leadership
  • Provide funds management oversight and support company initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field (required)
  • Master’s degree, nursing degree, or CPHQ certification (preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in healthcare or social services
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and performance improvement
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
