What You’ll Do (And Win At)
  • Run High-Impact Appointments. Meet with homeowners through scheduled, company-provided leads — plus opportunities you generate yourself.
  • Diagnose. Don’t Just Sell. Conduct in-home inspections, ask smart questions, uncover real problems, and design tailored solutions that truly improve homeowners’ lives.
  • Present with Confidence. Deliver clear, compelling proposals complete with photos, pricing, and specifications that make decision-making easy.
  • Close with Integrity. Negotiate professionally, overcome objections, and consistently exceed sales goals — the right way.
  • Stay Sharp. Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training at our Menasha office to refine your skills and elevate your performance.

What You’ll Need
  • Valid non-probationary driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
