Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and Values. Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Menasha plant, including, but not limited to, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Menasha plant.

Take action on unsafe situations. Troubleshoot on designated department machine centers. Participation and involvement in associated committees or activities is highly encouraged. Drive continuous improvement activities to help achieve plant goals and targets. Balance safety, quality, and productivity to achieve goals in all areas.
