- Participation in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support
- Relevant experience in Information Systems or Technology
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
