Pay Range:

• .lnglead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies that support organizational goals and drive digital transformation.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, vendor contracts, and staffing needs to ensure a secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology environment.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics such as SLAs and KPIs to maintain high service quality and operational excellence.
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives, including data protection, backup, recovery, and business continuity נא planning, to safeguard organizational assets.
• Build and develop a high-performing IT team through recruitment, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience leading enterprise-level IT teams, including infrastructure design, application solutions, analytics, and security.
• Strong technical fluency in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and application architecture with the ability to engage in technical discussions and decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex IT initiatives.
