• Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
• Conduct analysis and audits of information from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations
• Generate and deliver operational and performance metrics reports
• Participate in testing new systems and enhancements, providing production support
• Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing HR activities
• Exceptional analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
