What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze, improve, and execute various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic direction on compensation issues
  • Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
  • Develop recommendations aligned with market trends and organizational objectives
  • Manage multiple projects related to compensation initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Superior analytical skills to compile and synthesize data for decision-making
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with HR partners and management
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
