Receptionist - Part Time

Brief Description

Weeknights 4:30pm-7:30pm and every other weekend 8am-4:30pm

• Displaying a high level of customer service
• Greeting visitors and family members
• Answering telephone calls and routing them to the proper locations
• Assisting the other departments with correspondence and other day‑to‑day office duties
• Assisting with the recruiting process
• Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth

• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role
• A high level of skill using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Need to be a very organized and detailed individual
• Must be a friendly and caring individual
• High school diploma
