Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking for an Arkansas-licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured virtual counseling services. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, tracking treatment progress, completing documentation, and maintaining compliance with established clinical standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct individual counseling sessions through telehealth
- Track client progress and update treatment goals
- Complete session notes and clinical records
- Participate in case planning and clinical discussions
- Apply evidence-based counseling approaches
- Adhere to Arkansas counseling regulations
- Active Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Prior telehealth experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
- 2 weeks PTO
- Health insurance coverage
- 401(k) with 3% employer contribution
