Clinic Nurse – Springs Village

Healthy Connections is seeking a Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team at the Hot Springs Village Clinic
. This is a full-time position with a four-day workweek
. The Clinic Nurse will play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care in a welcoming and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required
.

• Providing direct patient care and clinical support to healthcare providers.
• Preparing exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and documenting patient information.
• Administering medications, collecting specimens, and assisting with procedures as needed.
• Coordinating patient care, including referrals, authorizations, and follow-up.
• Assisting with telehealth visits, patient education, and care management.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
• Supporting front desk operations when necessary to ensure clinic flow.
• Participating in community health events and volunteer activities supporting the mission of Healthy Connections.

• Current LPN or RN license in Arkansas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR).
