Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

What You Will Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience with pre-certified powered equipment operation.
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
• Proficiency with RF equipment for order picking and product movement.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts; must pass site forklift certifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, and perform bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Must work efficiently in a high-volume environment while meeting productivity and quality requirements.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, walkie riders, and reach lifts.
• Pick and process orders using RF scanners.
• Create cartons and shipping labels; prepare orders for outbound shipment.
• Break down incoming product according to packing lists.
• Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.
• Follow all facility safety policies and procedures.
• Work overtime as needed.
