OTR Truck Driver ; Dry Van

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL (CDL‑A) drivers for OTR/W‑2 assignments. • Primary responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, state laws, and company policies
  • Complete assigned routes, pickups, and deliveries according to schedule and instructions
  • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and ELD logs
  • Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries
  • Follow fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety procedures
• Minimum qualifications
  • Valid CDL‑A license
  • One of the following experience pathways:
    • At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
    • 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor‑trailer experience within the last 12 months
    • 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
  • Able to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
  • Drivers residing far from domicile may need a safe, authorized place to park assigned equipment
