CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver Memphis Area

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional lane operating between Nashville, TN, Memphis, TN, and St. Louis, MO. This position offers consistent miles, predictable routes, and reliable weekly home time on a stable freight lane with varying customers but a steady run structure.

• Average weekly pay: $1,124–$1,500
• Average 2,300–2,500 miles per week
• Consistent miles and steady year-round freight
• Paid orientation

• Home weekly with a 48-hour reset
• Dedicated regional lane:
  Nashville ↔ Memphis ↔ St. Louis
• Predictable scheduling and dispatch
• Stable workload with consistent routes

• Dedicated lane with varying customers (consistent route structure)
• Dry van freight
• 100% no-touch freight
• Drop & hook loads
• Established freight network with reliable miles
• Late‑model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
• Well‑maintained fleet focused on driver safety and reliability

• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Paid vacation (10 days per year)
• Paid holidays (8 days per year)
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
• Detention and breakdown pay: $16 per hour

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
  (Maximum of 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9+ months of experience with up to 2 jobs)
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
• Must reside in or near the Memphis, TN area
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
