We're seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our operations team and keep our fleet running smoothly. You'll be the critical link between our drivers, customers, and internal teams—ensuring on-time deliveries, solving problems proactively, and maintaining the high standards that define Coolmore Truck Lines.

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations for our company-owned fleet (dry van, flatbed, heavy haul, and reefer)
• Plan efficient routes and manage driver schedules to maximize productivity
• Communicate directly with drivers throughout their routes to ensure smooth operations
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers
• Monitor real-time tracking systems and provide updates to customers and account managers
• Work closely with our logistics and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments
• Support drivers with the resources and communication they need to succeed

• 5+ years of dispatching experience in asset-based trucking operations (required)
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and compliance requirements
• Experience with TMS platforms and GPS tracking systems
• Excellent communication skills—you're comfortable talking to drivers, customers, and team members all day
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with flatbed, heavy haul, or specialized freight (preferred)
